Neerja, starring Sonam Kapoor, received a lot of attention when it was first released. One of the attractions of the Ram Madhvani-directed movie was the outstanding performances of the main actors. Jim Sarbh, who portrayed a frightful terrorist, now reflected on the days of rigorous shooting. You'll be shocked to hear that he and Sonam Kapoor were required to adhere to a stringent regulation on set. He revealed that because director Ram Madhvani wanted to keep the mood tense and preserve a sense of unadulterated intensity, they were not permitted to talk to one another while filming.

Jim Sarbh disclosed in a media conference that he was not permitted to communicate with Sonam Kapoor on the Neerja sets by director Ram Madhvani. He went on to explain why this was such a daring move, “He wanted us to not talk to each other. Only the hijackers could talk amongst themselves. Only the cabin crew could talk amongst themselves. It really was an intense shoot.”

The actor from Gangubai Kathiawadi went on to praise the director, saying he enjoyed the shooting process because Ram made such a "bold choice" and made sure everyone followed it. He added that he wanted to work in such demanding environments once more.

In response to the Sonam Kapoor-starring movie's poster, which shows Jim Sarbh aiming a gun at her head, he said he didn't realize it was his hand in the picture. But he acknowledged that this specific poster went viral right away. The actor went on to say that the director urged all of the actors to use method acting to the fullest.
