A heavily edited video of the actress went popular on social media, sparking allegations of plastic surgery. The video, which was shared on Instagram, featured heavily Photoshopped pictures of Radhikka with a statement that said, “Remember Ishani from Colors TV’s hit show? Radhikka Madan looks unrecognizable now after undergoing all that cosmetic surgery."

The post also made comparisons to Mouni Roy, with the caption saying, “Radhika Madan really took notes from Mouni Roy—new face, new vibe.” Many social media users were duped by the Photoshopped images and expressed surprise at what they thought was Radhikka's dramatic change as the video swiftly went viral.

However, Radhikka responded to this criticism with a sense of humor. She posted a comment on the post, “Bas itne hi eyebrows uper kare hai AI use karke? Aur karlo yaar..ye toh fir bhi natural lag raha hai," while mocking the use of AI in the video. (Is this how much you’ve raised my eyebrows using AI? Go ahead, do more... this still looks natural.)

In her acting debut in the television series Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi, Radhikka Madan first captured the hearts of viewers as Ishani. Since then, she has established a remarkable career by seamlessly transferring from television to movies.
