Because of his upcoming historical action film Chhaava, which is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Vicky Kaushal has been the talk of the country lately. Vicky, who is well-known for being an exceptionally gifted actor and a devoted husband, recently talked about his favorite movies that feature his actress-wife, Katrina Kaif, mentioning Welcome and Singh Is Kinng. It's interesting that she costarred with Akshay Kumar in both movies.

Vicky Kaushal was in a chat with the media. The actor was questioned about his favorite Katrina Kaif movie that he would like to see in theaters once more during a fan interaction. The actor from Chhaava, who is a huge admirer of the actress, claimed to have "really enjoyed" the 2008 action comedy Singh Is Kinng. He also mentioned the romantic comedy Welcome from 2007. "I think that was one of the most brilliant, entertaining films," he added.

"I still love it," he told while telling about how he frequently uses one of the iconic dialogues "Control Uday, Control" from the movie. "Main to kayi baar unko bhi bol deta hu, kabhi kabhi kuch hota hai "Control Uday, Control" (Whenever something happens, I always tell her "Control Uday, Control")." For those unaware, Singh Is Kinng and Welcome are two of the biggest hits of Katrina's career.

Speaking of Chhaava, Laxman Utekar is the director of the eagerly awaited movie. Following the 2023 romantic comedy Zara Hatke Zara Bachke, this is Vicky and Laxman's second collaboration. Vicky and Rashmika Mandanna are in the lead roles of Chhaava. The film, which will be released on February 14, 2024, also stars Akshaye Khanna as Mughal king Aurangzeb.
