Arijit Singh's Role in Ayushmann Khurrana's Singing Debut!

Ayushmann Khurrana has already demonstrated his acting prowess by starring in a number of successful films. However, he has also made a name for himself as a superb vocalist and entertainer throughout the years. The performer is currently touring America, and his passionate voice is making his admirers go crazy. He did, however, remember to give Arijit Singh credit for forcing him to perform live for the first time in front of more than 50,000 people in the United States.

 

Ayushmann Khurrana said in an interview with a media outlet that he used to consider himself a good actor who could sing in movies. However, he always believed he was more of an actor than a singer, therefore he never considered performing live in front of thousands of people. “The credit of doing my first music performance goes to Arijit Singh,” the actor-singer stated.

 

Going back in time, he recalled his first performance in front of scores of people, all thanks to Singh. The Dream Girl 2 star spilled that every year, a Diwali Mela is hosted in Dallas, in the US, and after winning accolades for Vicky Donor and his singing in the movie, Arijit called him in 2013.

 

The band had arrived in Dallas, but the renowned vocalist was unable to attend his scheduled performance at the Mela due to an issue. At this point, Khurrana was asked to go perform there by the Sajni vocalist. "He really requested and since I have also always been a fan of him, so I finally gave in and agreed," the Vicky Donor star said, despite the fact that he told Arijit Singh that he had always performed to himself or for his friends at a party.

 

Nearly 50,000 people filled the stadium as Ayushmann attended the performance. He was obviously surprised because he had just performed in a drawing room. Fortunately, the concert was well received by all, and the reception was fantastic. He began to love music so much after this that he felt compelled to form his own band and perform live.
