After spending a lengthy vacation overseas with his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and children, Taimur and Jeh, Saif Ali Khan recently returned to Mumbai. And based on the most recent information, the actor has now been involved in an awful occurrence. It has been discovered that Saif was hospitalized following an intruder's attack on his residence. There have apparently been several injuries to him.

According to media sources, on January 16, 2025, at around 2:30 am, a thief broke into the Bandra residence of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. After a fight between Saif and the intruder, the star was allegedly stabbed several times.

Police have revealed that the thief left the scene after assaulting Saif, according to the portal. They are attempting to apprehend the assailant and filing a formal complaint. A policeman stated, “We are investigating the matter. The Mumbai crime branch is conducting a parallel investigation into the incident.”

Saif Ali Khan has been admitted to the Lilavati Hospital for medical care, the report also stated. Saif was admitted at 3:30 am, according to hospital chief operating officer Niraj Uttamani. Two of his six injuries are more serious than the others. It appears that one of the wounds is nearer his spine. Uttamani added that Saif was undergoing surgery at the moment and that only after the procedure would it be possible to determine the full degree of the harm.

An official statement has been released by Saif Ali Khan's team. It stated, “There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is currently in the hospital undergoing surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you updated on the situation.”

Earlier, on January 7, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan were seen returning from their trip at the Mumbai airport. Taimur and Jeh, the former's sons, were spotted holding his hands.
