Last week, lovers-turned-foes Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta engaged in an ugly spat on the Bigg Boss 16 house and both of them hurled insults left, right and centre. The argument reached a stage, where Shalin ended up questioning Tina about her character, saying: "Ek se ek nikli toh dusre ke paas chipki."
This comment did not sit well with host Salman Khan and rightly so. Over the 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episode, Salman schooled Shalin for the comments he made regarding Tina.
Salman told Shalin: "Ek se ek nikli toh dusre ke paas chipki (you leave one person and get closer to another)', what kind of language is this?"
To this Shalin replied: "One line." However, Salman was having none of it, and he said: "That is that one line only."
Shalin then further defends himself, saying: "She's talking about my ex-wife, which is fine. Coming on my reputation, what do you want me to do?"
This comment further angered Salman and then he quipped back: "I know a lot of things about you and your ex-wife. I do not bring it up here."
However, it was not just Shalin who had to bear the brunt of Salman's wrath. The Bigg Boss 16 host also questioned Tina Datta for the remarks she also made.
Talking to Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Salman said: "Tina ne aapse kaha ki Shalin ne aesi aesi cheezen mujhse maangi hai na tu hil jayegi Priyanka ki usne mujhese kya manga hai. Upon hearing this, Shalin said: "Wow".
"According to you, you knew beforehand that Shalin is planning all these. Phone calls from outside, we will play together and all that. Now after 15 weeks, when there was a fight and Tina is saying that this was her game plan," Salman said further.
This entire incident left Tina Datta in tears.
