This moment is particularly significant for India since it marks the big-screen debut of Pavitr Prabhakar, our very own Indian Spider-Man. Shubman Gill will be lending his voice to his character in the Hindi and Punjabi versions, making him an even more unique figure for Indian fans.

One of the most well-liked cricket players in India, Shubman Gill has a sizable fan base. Fans of Shubman may now enjoy hearing his voice in a movie in addition to seeing him play cricket. Yes! You heard correctly. Gill has become quite the draw for cricket fans because to his batting prowess, and as Pavitr Prabhakar in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, he is now ready to win over all cricket fans in India. Shubman Gill has made a significant foray into the Spider-Man universe, admitting that the superhero is his favourite. He becomes the first sports figure to provide a voiceover for a movie, and that too for one of the most well-known Hollywood properties.

The Indian Spider-Man's voice actor, Pavitr Prabhakar, talked about it, Shubman shared, "I have grown up watching Spider-Man, and he is one of the most relatable superheroes. Since the movie will be debuting the Indian Spider-Man for the first time on screen, getting to be the voice of our Indian Spider-Man, Pavitr Prabhakar, in the Hindi and Punjabi languages was such a remarkable experience for me. Already, I feel superhuman. I am eagerly anticipating the release of this movie."
