Late star Rishi Kapoor's brother Rajiv Kapoor died of a cardiac arrest at the age of 58. Bollywood witnessed a big shock as Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor’s younger brother Rajiv Kapoor breathed his last on 9th Feb 2021.
The reports suggested that while Rajiv was rushed to hospital soon after he suffered a massive heart attack, he was declared dead on arrival by the hospital. It has been a huge loss for the Kapoor who had lost Ritu Nanda and Rishi Kapoor last year 2020.
Ever since the reports of Rajiv’s ill-fated demise has surfaced, social media has been flooded with condolence messages for the late actor. In fact, Kareena Kapoor Khan had also paid a tribute to her uncle and shared a throwback photo of her grandfather Raj Kapoor posing with Rishi Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor. For the information, Rajiv’s last rites were performed in Mumbai on Tuesday evening.
Rajiv Kapoor, who was lovingly called Chimpu, made his acting debut with 1983 released Ek Jaan Hain Hum with Shammi Kapoor and Tanuja.
