Adipurush director Om Raut calls Salman Khan and Prabhas 'flop-proof' actors!

Salman Khan and Prabhas are two Indian cinema stalwarts who have created some of the most memorable successes of all time. They are well-known for their screen presence, charm, and aura. Recently, director Om Raut, who previously worked with Prabhas on Adipurush, made a statement regarding Khan and the South star, claiming that they are "flop-proof" actors whose appeal is unaffected by box office flops.

 

One of the Adipurush director's latest interviews has gone viral on the internet, in which he refers to Prabhas and Salman Khan as 'flop proof stars'. Om Raut said, "Actors like Prabhas and Salman Khan are flop-proof stars; they have a big fan following, a certain perception, and a certain image that doesn’t get affected by some flops. They are just beyond."

 

Meanwhile, Salman Khan will next appear in Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, and Prateik Babbar co-star in the highly awaited film. Sikandar will be released in theaters around Eid in 2025.

 

It was recently announced that Salman Khan will begin a 45-day marathon shooting schedule for Sikandar in Mumbai on August 26, 2024. According to sources close to the project, Sajid Nadiadwala and his production crew have built a large set in a Mumbai studio.

 

This set simulates several regions of Mumbai, a process that took over three months and required a significant investment to attain realism. The set is essential to the production of Sikandar since it will be used for both action-packed and emotional, tragic situations.

 

It was observed that Salman's last appearance as a "bad boy" was in a subplot of Sultan. According to the source, in Eid 2025, fans may expect to see Salman in a character that they would appreciate.
