Janhvi Kapoor's valuable advice to younger sister Khushi during her first ramp walk!

Walking her first show for a well-known Indian designer, Khushi Kapoor made her fashion debut. She made her runway debut for Gaurav Gupta's collection on Monday at India Couture Week 2024, accompanied by her purported boyfriend Vedang Raina.

 

She talked to the media about her experience and the advice her older sister Janhvi Kapoor had given her prior to the performance after the event.

 

Online, a few behind-the-scenes videos of Khushi Kapoor walking her first fashion show went viral. The actress from Archies shared a few behind-the-scenes photos from the occasion on her Instagram stories. Actress Janhvi Kapoor, her sister, gave her advice, which Kapoor discussed shortly after the show concluded.

 

Khushi revealed, “Yeah, Janhvi told me to be calm, be present, and listen to the music.” Before making her runway debut, the Bawaal actor also gave her younger sister some quick advice and "just told me to be myself."

 

On the ramp, Khushi was seen with her purported beau, Vedang Raina. Khushi, the daughter of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, stated to a media outlet that the experience was less distressing because her father was accompanying her. Additionally, because she was "in the comfort of the other person," she didn't feel anxious.

 

Conversely, Vedang conveyed his enthusiasm for collaborating with Khushi on a new project following Zoya Akhtar's The Archies. They would "most definitely" collaborate, he said. He continued by saying that there is a great deal of comfort between them because they have known one another for a long time—"comfort on set, comfort in our companionship."

 

Regarding her career, Khushi is now filming Naadaniyaan, a romantic comedy film, costarring Saif Ali Khan's son Ibrahim Ali Khan. Karan Johar provides financial backing for the film, which is directed by rookie Shauna Gautam. Vedang's upcoming film will be Vasan Bala's Jigra, which stars Alia Bhatt in the title character.
