We caught up with the actress for a quick chat between her dubbings for forthcoming web series opposite actor Karan Wahi. The show which touches upon the topic of foot fetish has already been a hit across social media. Banerjee also spoke about the positive reaction she has been receiving on social media for her show.
Speaking about the show’s premises which addresses the fact that in Indian society, people still hesitate to openly talk about sex and fetishes, Priya reveals “I am so overwhelmed by the response from people on social media, of course, I think it is important for us to be able to talk about such stuff freely, but the show does a great job in engaging with the viewers and very smartly tackling a social stigma in the most entertaining way, it is anything but preachy”.
