Zoya Hussain is also called as Zoya Khan who was born as Sana Khan. She was born and brought up in New Delhi where she did her schooling and college. She is an actress, model and anchor by profession. She was born in a Muslim parents of Pashtun ancestry in New Delhi. She happens to be the niece of the former Delhi Cabinet Minister, Mr. Haroon Yusuf. She like Badminton and painting that remains her hobby. She has also participated in Basketball and Badminton in state level. During her college she was involved in modeling and she also participated in a fashion shows along with becoming the Delhi Beauty Pageant getting crowned as Miss Beautiful Skin along with remaining the runner up for the year 2011.

 

She then moved to Mumbai as she wanted to pursue her career in the field of acting. Now talking about the modeling career, it all started in the year 2010 and has done a number of commercials and print media for brands like Fanta, Flying Machine,  L’Oreal, Airtel, Bank of India, Warner Brothers, Blackberry phones, Reebok and for many designers. She is also a known anchor and is seen hosting a number of shows and events during her school days. She was seen presenting a number of shows including Comedy Night Shows, Musical Concerts, Asian Open Kickboxing championship, Entertainment & Fashion shows and the New Year’s Eve events across India & abroad.

 

Talking about her debut in acting, it all started with the small screen with the TV show known as Bairi Pia from the Balaji Telefilms. She has appeared in a number of other TV shows including Jai Maa Vidhyavasini. In 2014, she was seen doing the rom-com show called Love Dosti Dua, which was aired at Big Magic Channel with the lead role called Tulika. Now talking about the movies, she did her debut in a short film called Machhar Daani and she bagged the best performance character for the same. The film was screened at known film festival. Now she was seen doing her debut in Telugu movie made by Shayam Gopal Varma playing the lead role called Sharmila.
