Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, two Bollywood superstars, are incredibly popular and captivate audiences both in India and beyond. Lyricist Sameer Anjaan, however, made an intriguing discovery when he recalled how the two made fun of him for giving Rishi Kapoor all the famous songs. As he looked back on their path, he also mentioned how much sacrifice and hard work have contributed to their rise to fame.

Lyricist Sameer Anjaan revealed in a media conference that although the Sikandar actor is now a superstar, they both started their careers at roughly the same time. He remembered that SRK had participated in several Deewana music sessions and that the two actors would frequently make jokes about him saving all of the hits for Rishi Kapoor. He told, "They always used to tell me, ‘Sir, you give all the hit tracks to Rishi bhaiya (Rishi Kapoor). Give us at least one superhit song'." As a result, he wrote well-known songs for Shah Rukh, including Koi Na Koi Chahiye and Aisi Deewangi.

He further revealed, “Yeh superstar jo bane hai na usmein humara bhi bahut lahu baha hai (Their journey to stardom also carries a part of our blood and sweat)."

Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan helped make many of his hit songs a reality, and he has a cordial relationship with both stars that has grown over the years.

Sameer revealed that his acquaintance with Salman's father, famous author Salim Khan, is the source of his close bond with Salman Khan. As he remembered, he used to visit their house frequently and spend time with the family, making them feel like his own. The superstar maintained his humility throughout their conversations despite his immense fame. He also said, "Even Salman’s latest film, Sikandar, is being talked about." Sameer emphasized that he never faced any issues with them.
