Tabu recalls getting gifts from Shah Rukh Khan for Om Shanti Om!

Even now, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone still think highly of the masala film Om Shanti Om from 2007. In addition to taking home a prize at the 55th National Film Awards, the film is renowned for the various cameos made by well-known Indian actors in songs and sequences.

Actress Tabu, who also had a special role in the movie, disclosed to a media source that King Khan had given them all pricey presents.

 

Several Bollywood celebrities may be seen making cameo appearances in the final song, Deewangi Deewangi, from Farah Khan's film Om Shanti Om. From Rani Mukerji to Priyanka Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan's song was a hit for Shabana Azmi, Vidya Balan, Sushmita Sen, and other celebrities.

There was also a brief cameo by veteran actress Tabu. She discussed the widely shared photo of herself with SRK from the song in question with Zoom. A lot of people are eager to witness them together, the actress claimed.

 

Speaking of the recording of the celebrity-studded song, Tabu said, “Ek shot hum sabne kiya tha. (There was a shot that all of us did). I did it for Farah and yeah, it was great fun. They made me some great clothes, great hair, and makeup, and we got very expensive gifts from Shah Rukh Khan.”

 

The Crew actress recalled how Ajay Devgn had praised her acting during the Bholaa trailer premiere in an interview with the same journal. The Drishyam 2 actor shocked her while they were all seated together by stating, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 toh Tabu ki wajah se chali (Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 worked because of Tabu).”

 

She also talked candidly about her relationship with the actor, stating that despite their differences as individuals, they share a connection that is unbreakable. “It’s the awareness that we share or what we feel for each other. It’s a completely different equation. We have similar tastes in a few things. We might not agree on a couple of things,” she expressed.

 

The next romance thriller Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, starring Jimmy Sheirgill, Shantanu Maheshwari, and Saiee Manjrekar, will feature Ajay and Tabu.
