Breaking the Silence: Namashi Chakraborty Exposes Bollywood's Dark Side!

For many years, veteran Mithun Chakraborty has controlled the Indian cinema industry. In 2020, Namashi Chakraborty, his youngest son, followed in his footsteps by making his Bad Boy debut. The young celebrity recently spoke out bias in the industry, saying, "Bollywood people are very fake."

In a media chat, Namashi Chakraborty discussed his Bollywood career, his father Mithun Chakraborty, nepotism, and everything else. At this point, he said that even though his father is the biggest star of his generation, he still acts like a regular person.

 

The Bad Boy rookie described senior Chakraborty as a “down-to-earth, humble, and honest man,” saying that his father isn’t like a Bollywood star. “Bollywood people are very fake; my father is a great exception,” claimed Namashi. The up-and-coming actor revealed that he is self-made, which is what makes the Entertainment sensation unique.

 

He also traveled back in time and remembered that he had worked on nearly 100 low-budget action movies in Ooty in the mid-1990s, when his father's career was in decline. He was referred to as a "B-grade actor" at this point. He claimed that Mithun's films would be denigrated by the media. “He made his own industry, but the media never supported that; they have their favorites,” the youngster conveyed.

 

Namashi offered his thoughts on the insider vs. outsider controversy in the Hindi film industry at the same conversation. According to the actor, Bollywood has neglected to hire outsiders. Furthermore, those connected to it now consider names, backgrounds, and who is whose friend. This is most likely the reason why there aren't any superstars in the industry anymore.

 

He went on to say that in the past, anyone with talent could succeed in the field. “Today, if a Mithun Chakraborty comes from Bengal, I don’t think Bollywood would be excited to launch him or give him a chance,” Namashi revealed, today, people don't believe in outsiders, and everything is about their name, Namashi disclosed. In closing, the actor said , “We don’t look for talent; we look for surnames.”
