Riding high on the popularity of Stree 2, one of this year's blockbusters, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has made headlines for allegedly paying Rs 6 lakh a month to rent an opulent property in Juhu, Mumbai.

Shraddha Kapoor's flat is reportedly 3,928.86 square feet in size and has been rented for a year. The documents obtained through Zapkey show that Shraddha paid an upfront rent of Rs 72 lakh for the year, according to Times Nows. Four parking spaces are another convenient feature of the house, which is a great advantage in Mumbai's crowded residential zones.

Bollywood celebrities frequently choose to rent expensive properties in desirable neighborhoods like Pali Hill, Bandra, or Juhu. By renting, they have the freedom to select residences that suit their tastes, whether it's a particular neighborhood or a picturesque view of the sea.

In a similar vein, a number of celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Imran Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan, have chosen to rent expensive luxury homes in Mumbai.

Regarding her career, Kapoor received a lot of praise from both critics and fans for her most recent performance in Stree 2. The horror-comedy, which was directed by Amar Kaushik, debuted in theaters on August 15 of this year.
